Of course, managers have a huge charge in view of how many people they keep.
But the payment for this accomplishment mostly amounts to a few 100.000
dollars in a year. The concerns, which pay so much money for only one
person, are firing many workers in the same time. Also the payment of
managers is often connected with a lot of bonuses, that boost the already
huge payment to another level. But the biggest problem I see with managers
is, who are on the nation’s payroll. These people are paid by the state and
these are the duties of the citizens. With the money, which is going to a
small number of persons, it’s also possible to build or modernize national
institutions like schools.

I think you are right, it can’t be correct that one person earns so much money for doing work that isn’t nearly as hard as that of others.
But the managers who earn most are not the ones who are on the nation’s payroll. It would be much more effective if the concerns didn’t spend their money on paying much for a manager, but gave more people work or just donated their money to help poor people. But they won’t ever do this.
